How long is the performance?
Approximate run time: 3 hours 20 minutes, including a 1 hour, 55-minute film screening, a 15-minute intermission, and a 1 hour, 15-minute moderated discussion.

Will there be audience participation?
Following the film, there will be a live-moderated Q&A with the audience! Questions may be submitted prior to the show in the lobby.

Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are sold through each individual venue and often other outlets such as Ticketmaster. To ensure your tickets are valid, please purchase only through the venue’s official website or the ticket link provided on this tour page. Tickets purchased from third-party retailers, resale marketplaces, or unauthorized sellers may be fraudulent, and we cannot assist with issues related to those purchases.
Are ticket purchases refundable?
All sales are final. We regret that we cannot exchange or refund tickets unless the event has been cancelled or rescheduled. This is part of the terms and conditions you agree to when purchasing tickets through the official ticket seller.
What if the event is postponed or canceled?
In the event of a cancellation or postponement, all ticket holders will have the option for a refund. Please contact the ticketing platform or the venue you purchased directly.
What is included in the VIP package?

VIP photos will be available for download at no additional cost within 3 days of the event. The VIP add-on is not valid without an accompanying show ticket, and each attendee must have both for entry to the VIP photo op.
